Rated Pics is a paid photo-based advertising and discovery platform. By accessing or using this website, submitting content, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Platform Purpose & Service Scope

Rated Pics provides moderation, compliance review, activation consideration, and ongoing monitoring services for submitted listings.

Payment does not purchase guaranteed advertising placement, ranking, visibility, traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, or business results of any kind.

Approval of any submission is not guaranteed.

2. Content Rules & Listing Standards

All submitted listings must comply with the standards outlined below and remain compliant at all times.

2.1 General Standards

• Content must be lawful in applicable jurisdictions
• Content must be truthful and not misleading
• Listings must represent a real individual, business, product, or service
• Content must align with the professional standards of the platform

2.2 Prohibited Content

• Illegal goods, services, or activities
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• Malware, phishing, spyware, or harmful downloads
• Hate speech, threats, harassment, or incitement of violence
• Content involving minors in any unlawful or exploitative context
• Explicit sexual or pornographic material
• Extremist symbols or unlawful ideological promotion

Linked external content is the sole responsibility of the submitter. You are responsible for all material accessible through your links, including updates made after approval.

3. Image Rights & Authorization

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights, title, and interest in the submitted image(s), or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and legal authority to publish and distribute the content.

You assume full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property claims arising from your submission.

4. Moderation, Removal & Platform Discretion

Rated Pics reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any listing, account, or submission at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.

Removal is not limited to policy violations. Listings may be removed for business considerations, quality standards, reputational protection, platform integrity decisions, risk management determinations, legal concerns, payment processor compliance requirements, or any other operational reason.

This discretion applies both prior to and after approval. Continued publication of any listing is a privilege and not a contractual right.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are made for moderation, compliance review, activation consideration, and monitoring services only.

All payments are final and non-refundable once review has commenced, regardless of whether the listing is approved, rejected, suspended, or removed.

Listings rejected, removed, or suspended for any reason — including but not limited to policy violations, compliance issues, business considerations, or platform integrity decisions — are not eligible for refunds.

No listing is activated until full payment is received.

6. No Performance Guarantees

Rated Pics does not guarantee visibility, placement, ranking, traffic, impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, or business results.

User interaction and exposure depend entirely on browsing behavior and platform usage patterns.

7. Indemnification

By using this platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rated Pics, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your content, linked destinations, business practices, or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rated Pics is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific listing in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or financial damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
