You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RatedPics, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from unauthorized, infringing, or unlawful content. Unauthorized or infringing content may be removed immediately and without notice.
Content Standards & Review Policy: Rated Pics strictly prohibits nude or sexually explicit material. We also prohibit content or links containing pornography, hate speech, racist or extremist symbols, unlawful material, fraudulent activity, misleading claims, or politically inflammatory or divisive content. All submissions are subject to manual moderation and compliance review at our sole and absolute discretion. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Language Requirement: All advertisements, keywords, and linked websites must be written in English. Non-English submissions may be rejected without refund.
Payment & Approval Terms: Payment is for moderation, compliance review, and ongoing monitoring services only. Payment does not purchase guaranteed advertising placement, ranking, visibility, traffic, clicks, leads, or business results of any kind. Approval is not guaranteed. All payments are final and non-refundable once review has commenced. RatedPics reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, quality standards, business considerations, platform integrity decisions, or risk management determinations. This discretion applies both prior to and after approval. Continued publication of any listing is a privilege and not a contractual right.
